Is this 100% human hair?

Yes. You may verify the hair quality with a burn test. Genuine human hair produces white smoke and a scent of burnt protein when burned, and crumbles into fine ash when rubbed between your fingers. Synthetic hair gives off black smoke and a plastic odor, and will melt into a sticky hard lump.

Can these locs be bleached or dyed?

All of our human hair locs and afro bulk hair support bleaching and dyeing, with the only exception being our pre-colored black variant. Shades such as #27 and #613 can be dyed directly to your preferred tone. For darker hues like 1B# or #4#, you will need to lift the color with bleach first before applying your target dye. Products marked Pre-Colored Black cannot be lightened or recolored.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Delivery lead time varies based on your destination. We normally arrange shipment within 24 hours after payment. Standard free shipping takes 2-5 business days, while expedited shipping arrives within 1-3 business days. Tracking and delivery information will be sent to you in your order confirmation email.

Are the locs pre-made?

Yes, these locs are professionally pre-formed and ready for installation. You can also choose our loose afro bulk hair if you want to create locs by yourself.

How many locs do I need for a full head?

For a full head look, most customers choose 60-100 pieces. The exact quantity depends on the thickness you prefer and the size of your head.

Can I return or exchange the locs?

Unused, unwashed, uncut products with original packaging intact are eligible for return or exchange. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Do you offer custom loc orders?

Absolutely. If you need special sizes, colors or styles, send us reference photos and your requirements. Our team will check production availability and reply to you quickly.
