These General Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Beauday. By accessing and browsing this website (the “Site”), and based on the commitments and obligations set out below, you and Beauday agree to be legally bound by the following provisions.
Agreement to Terms
Your access and use of the Site are governed by these Terms. This document incorporates our separately published Privacy Policy, any revisions issued by Beauday, and all applicable laws and regulations. By using our website, you acknowledge that you will abide by these Terms and relevant laws while browsing and placing orders. Please read these Terms and Privacy Policy carefully to understand our operating rules. If you do not accept these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must stop using this Site.
Beauday reserves the right to revise these Terms or add new usage rules for the Site at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. All revisions and supplementary rules take effect immediately once published. We may notify you by posting updated content directly on the Site or other valid methods. You are responsible for checking this page regularly for updates. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms, whether you have read the updates or not. Specific Terms
These Terms and information displayed on the Site do not replace or alter the purchasing terms of any products or services, unless otherwise stated herein. Discontinued Operation of Site
Beauday also retains the right to suspend all or part of the Site operation, stop selling any products or services on the platform, or revoke your access permission and account, at any time, for any reason and without advance notice. This includes scenarios where we determine, in our sole judgment, that your conduct violates applicable laws, harms the interests of other users, Beauday or our suppliers.
Children

Without our written approval, you cannot use frame technology to embed Beauday or our suppliers’ trademarks, logos, pictures, texts, page layout and proprietary information. You may not use hidden meta tags or hidden text containing our brand name or trademarks without written authorization. Any use of Content beyond the scope permitted by these Terms, content notes or written authorization from Beauday, is strictly forbidden.
NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
If you believe any content or product advertisement published on our Site violates your rights protected by US copyright law or international intellectual property regulations, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the case and remove or block the infringing content or ads where appropriate. Our policy is to remove infringing materials and permanently restrict access for repeat infringers. To submit a valid infringement complaint, you must provide all the materials listed below:
• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
• A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you believe has been infringed;

Your Submissions
You are not allowed to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, offensive, hateful, racially or ethnically discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content through the Site. This includes content that encourages criminal acts, triggers civil liability or violates applicable laws. If we receive notification about inappropriate content posted by you, we will conduct an investigation and decide whether to delete or require you to remove such content. We reserve the right to disclose your uploaded content or online communications: (1) to comply with laws, regulations or official government requests; (2) when disclosure is necessary for normal operation of the website and business; (3) to protect the rights and property of Beauday, our suppliers, you and other users.
You may only upload content to the Site that meets one of the following conditions: (a) free of copyright and intellectual property restrictions; (b) the copyright owner or rights holder has granted Beauday written permission to distribute the content online；(c) the file contains no malware that can damage, interfere with, intercept or steal system resources, data or personal information. Links to third-party websites (including pages of our suppliers) do not represent Beauday’s sponsorship, endorsement or approval of their content, policies or practices. These external websites are not operated, controlled or maintained by Beauday. We take no responsibility for their availability, content, security, privacy rules and operating practices. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to the Site and Content
BEAUDAY AND OUR SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SITE, ANY LINKED WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT. We do not guarantee continuous site availability, or the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of all displayed information. We also do not warrant that your browsing experience will be uninterrupted, error-free, that defects will be fixed, or that the Site and linked sites are virus-free. All Content on the Site is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without any warranty including merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy. BEAUDAY AND OUR SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES related to products and services sold on the Site, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This indemnification obligation remains effective after these Terms terminate or the Site stops operation.
Registration; Customer Accounts; Use of Site
Some functions on the Site require you to register an account first. You are responsible for keeping your account password and account information confidential, and you take full responsibility for all actions performed under your account. You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account access, password leakage or other security breaches. You may be held accountable for losses suffered by Beauday or other users caused by others using your account. You are forbidden to use other people’s accounts or passwords. Any attempt to break into the Site or assist others to do so will result in account termination. You promise to submit accurate personal and billing information during registration, and keep your information up to date. You can modify your account details by clicking My Account, logging in and opening My Profile.
You may not use automated programs, bots, scripts or manual equivalent processes to scan, copy, detect, test or monitor any part of the Site or Content. You may not bypass the site navigation structure to download or obtain materials that are not publicly available. You agree not to perform any actions that bring excessive load to our website server infrastructure.
